1930年代のUS ARMYが採用していたデニムプルオーバーを、orslowの解釈で忠実に再構築した一着です。当時の無骨な佇まいと実用性を、そのまま現代に蘇らせ、生地には、orslowが長年研究を重ねて完成させたオリジナルのセルビッジデニムを使用しています。ムラ糸を用い、旧式のシャットル織機でゆっくりと織り上げることで、当時のデニムが持っていた不均一さと奥行きを再現しています。このデニムの最大の魅力は、着用と洗いを繰り返すことで生まれる経年変化。色落ちやアタリは一点一点異なり、着る人の時間がそのまま刻まれていきます。流行に左右されることなく、長く着続けることで完成していく一着。手に取るたび、袖を通すたびに愛着が深まり、やがて“自分だけのデニム”へと育っていきます。

Inspired by the denim pullover issued to the U.S. Army in the 1930s, this garment has been carefully reconstructed through orslow’s own interpretation, preserving the utilitarian spirit and rugged character of the original.
It is made from orslow’s proprietary selvedge denim, the result of years of dedicated development.
Using slub yarns and woven slowly on traditional shuttle looms, the fabric captures the irregular texture and rich depth that defined denim of the period.
What sets this piece apart is the way it ages. Through continued wear and repeated washing, the denim gradually reveals unique fades and wear marks, allowing each garment to reflect the lifestyle and history of its wearer.
