orSlowが毎年春夏シーズンに提案している、オリジナルプリントのハワイアンシャツシリーズの新作です。今期は、日本の「滝」を背景に、風格ある松の木と優雅な孔雀を描いたパターンで登場です。和のモチーフを大胆に配した一枚は、唯一無二の存在感を放ちます。デザインの着想源は、1960年代に日本で生産され、アメリカに輸出されていたヴィンテージのハワイアンシャツ。当時の空気感や技法を丁寧に汲み取りながら、現代の感性で再構築しました。素材にはレーヨン100％を使用し、肌離れがよく、真夏でも涼しく快適な着心地です。動くたびに揺れる生地のドレープ感も魅力のひとつで、リゾートシーンはもちろん、街着としても映える、orSlowらしい視点で再解釈された一着です。

orSlow’s original printed Hawaiian shirt series, offered every spring and summer season, returns with a new design featuring a majestic pine tree and an elegant peacock set against the backdrop of a Japanese waterfall. This bold use of traditional Japanese motifs creates a one-of-a-kind statement piece. The design draws inspiration from vintage Hawaiian shirts produced in
Japan during the 1960s and exported to the United States. Carefully capturing the atmosphere and techniques of that era, the pattern is reimagined with a contemporary sensibility.
Made from 100% rayon, the fabric offers excellent breathability and a cool, comfortable feel even in the height of summer. The flowing drape of the material moves gracefully with every step, adding to its appeal.
